Della is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario, Canada. She is currently designing and implementing customized programs for families with ASD conditions: School Immersion Programs, Parent-Mediated Interventions, and Hybrid Online Programs. She is the author of the book series "Beyond a Behaviour Analyst's Diary," an essayist, and a memoirist.
